We hope you are all staying safe at this unprecedented time! Here is an update about how our webshop orders may be affected by COVID-19:
We have been advised by Public Health England that people receiving orders are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus, as these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.
We also currently have a healthy team and are continuing to send out orders!
We are also offering 10% off everything in our webshop for the time being, in hopes of sharing a much-needed positive, uplifting boost!
However many countries, including the UK, are experiencing delays in postage ranging from mild to severe.
If you are receiving an order in the UK please be aware that post officers will no longer be asking for signatures. Post officers will instead log the name of the person accepting the item from a safe distance. Other countries such as Australia, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal and Spain will also not be accepting signatures for deliveries. These countries are also experiencing postal delays.
Countries such as The USA, Austria, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Japan and South Korea are also experiencing delays. Furthermore, countries such as Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Latvia and South Africa are experiencing more severe delays, with some items taking longer that 40 days to arrive.
Please be aware if you are ordering from any countries mentioned above your package might take longer to arrive than expected.
